In order to play COD: Ghosts on DX10 and DX9 capable cards you will need to follow this instructions:

1. Download and install latest DirectX: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=35

3. After the installation go to your Windows System32 folder ( C:WindowsSystem32 ), find and run dxcpl.exe
4. In the 'Scope' section of the window, click on the 'Edit List..' button and enter the location of your Call Of Duty : Ghosts executable ( iw6sp64_ship.exe ), then press the 'Add' button and the 'Ok' button
5. In the 'Device Settings' section of the window, set the 'Feature level limit' to '11_0' and be sure to check 'Force WARP'
6. Press Apply/OK and there you have it. You can now start the game on normal framerate.

Call of duty is one of those franchise which the whole world want to play but infinity ward did little with bugs fixes and the game requirements is hiked,those gamers who don't have minimum hardware won't be able to run the game.
